MTW Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill​

The MTW European version of the grinding mill adopts a number of patented technologies such as bevel gear integral transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, and arc-shaped air duct. It has high grinding efficiency. It is an updated and substitute product for traditional Raymond mill and pendulum mill. It is widely used. It is used in fields such as power plant desulfurization, large non-metallic ore pulverizing, building materials and chemical industry.

  • Product Features : After the material fed into the main machine from the feeder is ground by the main machine, the generated powder rises with the air flow of the fan, and then is classified by the powder separator. The powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the cyclone powder collector through the pipe with the air flow. The powder particles enter the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and are discharged through the powder discharge valve as finished particles. At this time, the air flow is sucked into the centrifugal induced draft fan from the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector to circulate.

working principle:
Qualified materials after crushing are evenly and quantitatively sent to the main machine grinding chamber for grinding through the frequency conversion belt feeder. The ground materials are sent to the powder separator by the air flow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while the qualified materials enter the cyclone powder collector through the pipe with the air flow. Within, it is separated and collected, and the finished powder is discharged through the discharging device. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which is environmentally friendly.

 

FEATURES

Bevel gear integral transmission
It adopts bevel gear overall transmission, which ensures smooth transmission, fewer transmission chains, precise transmission ratio, and sharp reduction in energy loss; it has a compact structure, convenient and quick installation and adjustment, and significantly improved efficiency.
Using variable frequency powder separator
The variable frequency powder separator motor is highly efficient and energy-saving, with F-class insulation and a protection level of IP54. An isolation structure is adopted between the inner cylinder of the powder separator and the mixed gas powder flow, which effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of powder selection.
Curved blade with replaceable blade
Improve material utilization, the blade is made of high wear-resistant alloy material, only the blade part needs to be replaced, which improves material utilization; increases the effective working area, thereby increasing output.
