Working principle of ultrafine grinding mill:
When working, the main motor drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. The large materials are broken into small particles by the hammer crusher, and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator. Then, the materials are evenly sent to the bulk plate on the upper part of the turntable through the vibrating feeder and inclined feeding pipe. The materials will be scattered toward the edge of circle under the action of centrifugal force and fall into the ring, where they will be impacted, rolled and grinded by the rollers. After being processed by the three-layer ring, the material will become powder. The high-pressure blower will suck the outside air It is sucked into the machine and the crushed materials are brought into the powder separator. The rotating impeller in the powder concentrator makes the coarse materials return to the grinding machine for regrinding. The fine powder that meets the requirements will enter the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and be discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom as the finished product. The air flow with a small amount of fine dust will pass through After the pulse dust collector, it is discharged through a fan and a muffler.

High Output and Low Energy Consumption

Under the same finished product fineness and electromotor power, the capacity of SCM ultrafine pulverizer is 40% higher than that of a jet mill or astirred mill and doubles the capacity of a ball mill while its system energy consumption is only one-third of jet mill.

High Fineness

Product fineness can be arbitrary adjusted within a range from 325 to 2500 meshes and its disposable fineness can reach D97≤5um.
