Ball mill​

The ball mill is the key equipment for grinding the materials after they are crushed. Henan Hongxing Machinery is a manufacturer specializing in the production of ball mills. This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with outer gear transmission, two chambers, and a lattice-type ball mill. After the materials reach coarse grinding in the first chamber, they are further ground in the second chamber. The finished materials are discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.

Device details

Working principle
The ball mill is composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part, the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel with a removable inner lining. The rotating gear is hobbing from castings. The cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. This machine operates smoothly and has reliable performance.

Based on the figure below, it can be seen that ball mill accessories include lining plates, steel balls, gears, compartment plates, etc. Lining plates and steel balls are important wearing parts of the ball mill. There are corrugated lining plates and flat lining plates installed inside, which can better help. The steel ball is the main grinding component of the ball mill and is made of composite wear-resistant materials. During subsequent use, the steel ball needs to be picked and replaced regularly to ensure grinding efficiency.
