Product introduction
PFW series impact crusher is a new high-performance hydraulic impact crusher developed using internationally advanced impact crusher technology. Its main purpose is to make the maintenance operation of the impact crusher easier and at the same time improve the wearing parts. High-end production materials
The important components of the equipment adopt advanced heat treatment technology. The counterattack plate is cast from high wear-resistant materials, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the counterattack plate. The blow bar is cast by a composite process of high chromium material and wear-resistant material, and has undergone strict heat treatment. It has good resistance to mechanical impact and thermal shock, and its service life is doubled.
Heavy-duty rotor design and rigorous testing methods
The European version of the impact crusher uses a heavy-duty rotor with a solid structure to obtain a higher moment of inertia and counterattack force, thereby enhancing its crushing capacity. Strict inspection methods are used to detect surface, near-surface and internal defects of the rotor to ensure its high quality and thereby improve the performance of the rotor.
Integral cast steel structure bearing seat
The integral cast steel bearing seat can ensure complete matching with the crushing frame, and at the same time, it also greatly enhances the radial strength of the bearing seat and improves its load resistance capacity, while the split bearing seat does not have this advantage.
Hydraulic adjustment discharge port
PFW series impact crushers are equipped with hydraulic systems on both sides, which can not only open the frame but also serve as an adjustment device for the discharge port. It can quickly replace wearing parts such as hammer heads and adjust the discharge port, saving labor time.
