HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame body, middle frame body (medium crushing type), lower frame body, moving cone part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other components. The horizontal axis is driven by an electric motor to rotate. The horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of stones.

Working principle:

HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame body, middle frame body (medium crushing type), lower frame body, moving cone part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other components. The horizontal axis is driven by an electric motor to rotate. The horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of stones.

Product grain shape is good
The crushing cavity adopts the laminated crushing principle, which not only improves the crushing output and efficiency, but also improves the product particle shape. The product shape is cubic. The principle is shown in the figure below:
Convenient and accurate control and adjustment
It can automatically monitor and display various operating parameters to understand the operation of the crusher in real time. For example: when the liner is worn to the point where it can no longer be used during the replacement period, it will automatically display and alarm on the control panel.
Stable operation and easy maintenance
HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts a structure that combines main shaft floating and hydraulic lifting control, and adopts a positive pressure dust-proof system to effectively prevent dust from contaminating the lubricating oil and damaging the bearings, and prolongs the service life of the lubricating oil and equipment.
Transmission system design
The transmission system adopts spiral bevel gear transmission, which has high transmission efficiency, reliability, smoothness, low noise and long service life. The transmission shaft adopts rolling bearing design and uses large-size bearings to have stronger load-bearing capacity.
